You can keep in reasonable shape if you employ a good diet and exercise to a certain extent, but you have to realize that the problem is in your mind, not your body. There are healthier ways to keep in shape, and eating disorders can be deadly. Itís important to realize that those feelings can go away if you seek counseling. Qualified professionals can do much when it comes to helping you to feel more comfortable in your own shoes.
